The waterfront room was spotlessly clean, beautifully designed, and had a stunning view of the boats at night. Plus, the direct access to the nearby mall was super convenient.

The air conditioning produced a musty smell that lingered in the room!!! A toilet trigger spray is essential, especially in the Middle East, to meet basic hygiene standards!!! Please consider improving the water quality from the air conditioning!!!

Amazing view and birthday surprise!

I stayed here for 3 nights, and wow, the view of Dubai Creek from my room was breathtaking! The staff was super nice. I got a birthday surprise with a gift box at check-in. The breakfast spread was fantastic, but the bathroom light was a bit bright for my liking. Overall, my stay was definitely one for the books!

The hotel impressed with its spacious, clean rooms and the staff's genuine friendliness. The breakfast had a great selection, although the pool service wasn't as consistent. Conveniently connected to the mall, it offered wonderful views. Minor service hiccups, but overall, it was a lovely experience.

This was just an appropriate option for a swift visit in Dubai with real value for money. The breakfast was lovely, and the staff were charming. Make sure to request adjoining rooms in advance for family stays.

My stay at Crowne Plaza exceeded expectations with stunning views and attentive service. While the shower/bath combination wasn't ideal for me, the location made up for it, being close to a vast shopping mall. Clean, spacious room and a great pool area added to the charm.

The panoramic view from my room was stunning, featuring the Burj Khalifa. The staff were friendly and attentive during my 6-night stay. I enjoyed the great selection of food at breakfast and dinner. The infinity pool area was also a highlight of my visit. 🌟

Exceptional Stay with Wonderful Staff

I recently enjoyed a fabulous stay in a Standard King Room with Waterfront View. The staff were exemplary, especially the housekeepers and restaurant teams, who always greeted us warmly and ensured everything was perfect during our visit. The breakfast offered a delightful variety of options, and the hotel’s location next to the mall made it super convenient for quick outings. However, it would be beneficial for the hotel to improve the soundproofing in the rooms to enhance guest privacy.

our stay at the crowne plaza was fantastic! the rooms were excellent, clean, and offered a gorgeous waterfront view. the half board option was worth it—the breakfast and dinner were delightful. the hotel is conveniently located next to a mall for quick shopping trips, and the fitness facilities kept us energized.

my stay was amazing! the waterfront view room was stunning, with a perfect sight of the burj khalifa and the fountain shows. the breakfast was incredible, featuring a variety of organic juices and freshly baked pastries that truly exceeded my expectations from my previous visits to other hotels in dubai.

The waterfront view rooms are definitely a highlight, offering stunning night views of the boats and lights, making it hard to leave your room. Breakfast at the ground-floor restaurant features a diverse selection, from fresh juices to a live omelet station, showcasing some excellent local flavors.

The bathroom's shutter window design feels a bit outdated, making the space less appealing than it could be. There’s a whiff of chemical from the freshly laid carpet that lingers longer than expected, though it does get some attention from housekeeping. Also, the hotel appears to be wearing a bit thin in places, hinting at the need for renovation.

The hotel’s lobby had an elegant decor that was both inviting and accessible. With wide walkways and comfortable seating, it was easy for me and my friends to move around and enjoy a lovely afternoon tea together.
